   1:Question: How to Place order?  

Answer:

1):Contact us via email with printing specifications. We will quote you within 24hrs accordingly as per your sufficient info. We will also quote you shipping cost if you need.

2):Once you agreed with the quotes and terms,please send us your artworks/design/images via our ftp or dropbox,wetransfer etc. 

3):To send you the proof for you confirmation. Once confirmed proof we'll send you PI for make payment.

4): We will start produce at once payment reach. Once finish production we will arrange shipment asap. Please also tell us what documents are necessary for customs clearance. We will provide together with shipment for free.

5): When you get printing products in your hand, pls feedback us some advice or suggestions for our further improving our services.

    2:Question:  How long will it take for my order to be processed and delivered?  

Answer:

It takes about 7-9  working days for us to printing proof once   confirmed details and terms  and about 6-7 working days to deliver your   order via Express. We do not  deliver on public holidays. We have   noticed that there are usually  considerable postal delays if there are   public holidays at your end, so  please take this into consideration.   For mass production will takes  about 9-14days to finish it,for urgent   order please tell us in advance.  The shipment usually do by sea,to   Australia takes 15days, to USA takes  20-30days, to European countries   takes 20-30days, to other countries  takes abt 30days via sea, for more   details pls email us.   

    3:Question:  Can you make the products as per our design and artwork?  

Answer:

Of course, we can make the products as per customer's design and requirements. 

   4:Question:  What is the payment method?  

Answer:

We accept full advance payment for orders with value less than 2000usd. For order more than 2000usd we accept 50% in advance, and rest paid before shipment.

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram, We also accept small amount via paypal if you like.

    5:Question:    Why the amount you received less than what I paid in Bank?  

Answer:

Besides transaction fee in the bank you make transfer, also, there may be some third party Bank charge you in the process of telegraphic transfer. That's because, if the bank in which you make payment has not business relation with our bank, then payment may be sent to a third party bank first, and then send to our bank. If this happens, the third party will charge the transaction fee from the payment, so the payment time will be longer and the amount we receive will be less than the amount you pay us. So if select bank transfer pls make sure we can get enough money for your complete order.

    6:Question:    How about shipment?  

Answer:

By sea, by air, by courier, by rail are all processed according to customer's instruction. Shipping freight is on buyer's account.

    7:Question:  What type of files/artworks/image can I send to you for printing?

Answer:

1: The files need curve transfer to PDF files in CMYK not RGB type, RGB color type easily change color. CMYK will not. 

2: The files every page need leave 3mm bleeding place, and every pictures DPI need larger than 300.

3: The cover and inside text is better to be separate. One PDF for cover and another for text.

4: The file pls use dropbox, hightail, wetransfer or via our FTP, all are okay.

    8:Question:  what is bleed?

Answer:

The bleed is to let a  color,image or design to the edge of card so   Please build your  press-ready digital files by adding 0 .1" dimension   for business cards,  postcards, rackcards, add 0.125" for all other   products. pls see  following pictures to know more.
